Who is behind each hour on the schedule

Polish New Castle Radio is put together by a group of hosts scattered across several states, each responsible for their own programme. There is no studio everyone shares and no producer assembling the schedule from a central playlist — each show is recorded or broadcast by the person whose name is on it, from their own equipment, with their own record collection behind them.
That arrangement has obvious costs. Production quality varies, shows occasionally run late, and a host who has a difficult week leaves a hole in the grid. It also has one large advantage: nothing on the schedule is generic. Every hour reflects somebody's particular taste, and the differences between hosts are the reason the station is worth listening to across a week rather than an hour.
Hosts supply a finished hour, or broadcast live where the schedule allows. Music is drawn from the host's own collection and from promotional copies sent by bands and labels; everything played is covered by the station's streaming licences, which is the reason the archive is time-limited and rebroadcasting is not permitted.
Anyone with a serious collection and something to say about it is worth hearing from. The station has added shows before on exactly that basis, and the newer programmes on the grid started that way.
The full week is laid out on the programming page, and past broadcasts are listed under archives.
