What is on this week
The calendar view is generated from the same schedule as the programming grid. Where the two disagree, the grid is the one that has been checked more recently.
The station's week is built around two anchors. Sunday morning carries the live broadcast and the programmes that follow it, which is when the largest audience is listening. Weekday evenings carry one new show each, with the daytime hours given over to replays so that listeners in other time zones and on other shifts get a fair chance at everything.
Saturday is the busiest replay day: six programmes run between nine in the morning and six in the evening, which makes it the practical way to catch up on a week you missed.
The stream runs 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Eastern, seven days a week. Outside those hours there is no broadcast. Anything you want to hear at three in the morning is in the OnDemand archive.
A show marked LIVE goes out as it happens; everything else was recorded earlier in the week. In practice that distinction matters most for requests and dedications, which can only reach the same broadcast on a live show. It also affects how current the announcements are: a pre-recorded hour may have been finished four days before it aired.
Replays are not filler. A station broadcasting fourteen hours a day with a dozen volunteer hosts could not fill that time with new material, and repeating each show two or three times across the week is what makes the schedule reachable for people working different shifts and living in different time zones.
